What if we’re a small team?
That’s exactly who this is designed for. Smaller rosters often fund faster with sponsorships.
Do families have to pay anything?
Not necessarily. Many teams cover 100% through fundraising.
How far in advance should we plan?
Ideally 3–6 weeks, but shorter timelines can still work.
Is Media Day just for varsity?
No. Varsity, JV, freshmen, are included
What sports does this work for?
Any team sport—and many individual programs as well.
How will we get our images?
An email will be sent out once the gallery is ready. The email will contain the link that you can click on to access the online gallery. From there, you can find your team's album and download your athlete's photos.
Can we print our photos?
No, the downloadable images DO NOT come with a print release. The prices are set for personal, social media, and online use only.
What if I want to order professional prints?
You can order high quality prints directly through the gallery store and they will be delivered to you. If you want larger fine art prints, you can contact me directly and we can place an order.
